Originally it was thought that she only had the Cloud AV virus. The steps at the following site were taken by her to eliminate it. http://malwaretips.c...Uninstall-Guide
Apparently there were more issues though. It might be worth noting that her computer seems to run fine without the internet connected, then it starts acting extremely slow. Unfortunately I am working on her computer at my home which I only have an AT&T aircard, therefore I cannot connect the infected computer to the internet at the moment.
