About Me
I am a retiree, now living in Kent UK.
Previously I worked as a Police Officer in UK and then went out to Hong Kong where I worked as a Barrister for almost 25 years.
Hobbywise, I have spent a lot of time travelling, mainly around south east Asia and to a lesser extent Europe and North America.
I love history, but being a brit my perception of it is strategically vague and uniquely self-serving.
As to computing I have until recently been a functional user restricting myself to emails etc., relying on 'my computer man' to help me with the complicated stuff. But now, with time on my hands and having been grounded due to age and infirmity, I'm trying to beome a little more aware, which is the reason I am here.
