I was raised up working on cars and trucks. My Dad owned his own business and I was in a shop since I was about 10. I finished HS in 1965 and soon after I got my draft notice. I joined the USAF and served four years . I traveled to many great places and spent 18 months of my four years on two islands, Guam and Puerto Rico. I got to say the AF treated me good. After I was discharged I went back to work for my Dad. I did that for nine years and then I bought the business. I was self employed for 18 years and decided that was enough in that type work. I then went to work for a local city owned golf course. I have been at the golf work for 15 years and presently have the title of assistant superintendent. I started working with computers about 13 years ago and continue today doing it as a hobby. I look forward to retirement next year and plan on going back to my shop and doing some repair work of some sort. I really enjoy coming to this site and learning. I especially thank Broni for having this site. Tom
