Since you have Win7 Pro on that computer you could use WinXP Mode, two files to download from Microsoft which will install a program similar to the older VirtualPC followed by a special version of WinXP Pro.

Keep in mind that Downloading is only the movement of files from one place to another such as from a Web site to your computer. An Installation has to take place after getting those files so Windows knows about the program. Microsoft Office is generally not available for downloading and certainly not free but OpenOffice [www.openoffice.org] is free as is the similar LibreOffice [www.libreoffice.org], both have a presentation application that can open .pps or .ppsx file. PPSX is the newer version of PowerPoint 2007 and 2010 slideshow files and PPTX presentation files.
